Grounding vs. Deep Grounding
In your current practice you've probably done some grounding exercises like standing barefoot on a patch of soil. These types of standard grounding exercises have worked well for all of us in the past, but things are evolving. Nature Intelligence has given us a more advanced version of grounding called Deep Grounding to help each of us flourish in the unfolding intensified changes in our world.
Here are the two types of grounding. Italicized text indicates quotes from Nature Intelligence.
Grounding: This is grounding that we've all known. Our five senses are usually involved in this type of grounding, like when we're immersed in the natural setting of a forest and surrounded by nature.
Grounding engages the Root Chakra's connection to the Earth, but only moderately because that's the level of chakra engagement that is needed.
Deep Grounding: The process of connecting to the Earth and its vast energies through a deepening and widening conscious awareness, creating an energetic oneness with the planet.
Deep Grounding fully engages the Root Chakra allowing us to connect deeply to the Earth in ways that the grounding we're all familiar with can't duplicate.

Definitions:
Nature Intelligence: The level of consciousness that oversees and manages everything in the natural world. They are the experts on inherent balance. This term was coined by the Perelandra Nature Research Center in Virginia.
Root Chakra: The Root Chakra sits at the base of the spine and is the first of the seven major chakras or energy centers. It's the primary energetic mechanism that connects us to the Earth and its energies. The more open and activated your Root Chakra is the deeper you will ground and connect to the earth.
